Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily operations of the wastewater treatment plant.

- Ensure the plant operates within the established parameters and complies with

regulatory standards.

- Monitor and optimize the treatment processes for high COD and TDS wastewater.

- Lead, train, and supervise plant staff.

- Schedule and assign duties to ensure efficient operation.

- Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.

- Develop and implement maintenance programs to ensure the reliability and efficiency of

plant equipment.

- Coordinate with the maintenance team to minimize downtime and ensure timely repairs.

- Ensure treated water meets all quality standards and regulatory requirements.

- Troubleshoot process issues and make necessary adjustments.

- Ensure compliance with all environmental, health, and safety regulations.

Job summary: As a Safety Officer, you will be responsible for implementing safety policies, audit and Statutory Compliances/procedures to ensure a safe work environment. You will work closely with management and employees to identify potential hazards and develop strategies to mitigate risks. Your role will also involve conducting regular safety inspections, training employees on safety protocols and investigating accidents or incidents to determine their root causes and prevent future occurrences.
Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement safety policies and statutory compliance/procedures as per DISH rules and regulations and company standards

- Conduct regular safety inspections, training and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations

- Train employees on safety protocols and best practices

- Investigate accidents, near misses, and incidents to determine root causes and implement corrective actions

- Maintain records and filing of returns

Job summary: 1-2 years of experience in project-based procurement, preferably in EPC, environmental industries. Proficiency in MS Office. Strong negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills. Ability to handle multiple procurement tasks under tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage end-to-end procurement process for project-specific materials and services.

2. Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors and suppliers to ensure quality, cost-efficiency, and timely delivery.

3. Coordinate with project managers, design teams, and site engineers to understand exact material needs.

4. Prepare and issue purchase orders (POs), track deliveries, and ensure compliance with contract terms.

5. Maintain and update vendor databases and build long-term relationships.

6. Monitor market trends, material availability, and price fluctuations to optimize purchasing.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with ETP/STP/WTP projects or industrial procurement.

Understanding of technical drawings, BOQs, and material specifications.
